Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠Custom Manufactured Products


Modular units coordinated through Great North Modular are manufactured to project-specific configurations and specifications.
Because these units are custom manufactured, standard retail return or refund policies do not apply.
Once production materials have been committed or manufacturing has begun, modular units cannot be returned for a refund.


2.⁠ ⁠Deposits and Project Payments


Project deposits and milestone payments are used to secure manufacturing capacity, coordinate project specifications, and initiate production planning.
Deposit requirements and payment schedules are defined within individual project quotations or project agreements.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable project agreement, deposits are generally non-refundable once manufacturing preparation or production has commenced.


3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Prior to Production


Clients may request cancellation of a project prior to confirmation of manufacturing or production scheduling.
If cancellation occurs at this early stage, refund eligibility may be determined based on the work already completed, including project coordination, design preparation, and administrative costs.


4.⁠ ⁠Manufacturing Stage


Once manufacturing has begun or production materials have been committed, project payments are non-refundable.
At this stage, manufacturing partners have allocated materials, labor, and production capacity specifically for the project.


5.⁠ ⁠Manufacturing Defects and Production Issues


If a modular unit or component is found to contain manufacturing defects or production deficiencies, the applicable remedy shall be repair, correction, or replacement of affected parts or components.
Refunds are not provided as a remedy for manufacturing defects.
Any defect resolution process will be handled according to the terms of the applicable project agreement and, where applicable, the manufacturing partner’s warranty provisions.


6.⁠ ⁠Factory-Direct Coordination Projects


Under factory-direct coordination arrangements, clients may contract directly with the manufacturing facility.
In such cases, deposit conditions, payment schedules, and refund policies may be governed by the agreement between the client and the manufacturing facility.
Great North Modular is not responsible for refund decisions made by independent manufacturing partners.


7.⁠ ⁠Turnkey Delivery Projects


Under turnkey delivery arrangements, project payments are made to Great North Modular according to agreed-upon project milestones.
Refund eligibility for such projects is determined by the stage of production and the commitments already made toward manufacturing, logistics, and project coordination.
Specific terms are defined within the applicable project agreement.


8.⁠ ⁠Project Agreements


All modular projects coordinated by Great North Modular are governed by individual written project agreements.
These agreements define payment schedules, cancellation terms, warranty provisions, and the procedures for resolving production issues.
Where differences exist between this Refund Policy and the applicable project agreement, the terms of the project agreement shall prevail.
