About the Firm

Great North Modular was founded to address a practical gap in the North American modular market: access to contemporary prefabricated architecture supported by structured oversight and clear execution.

After years of working directly with international manufacturing partners and observing how easily misalignment can occur between factories and buyers, the company was built around one principle: modular delivery should be documented, disciplined, and transparent.

We operate from Canada and coordinate projects across the United States and Canada, focusing on controlled execution rather than retail-style sales. Our team maintains direct relationships with manufacturing facilities and conducts on-site production oversight during key stages of fabrication.

Founder Perspective

Our founder’s background includes international sourcing coordination, cross-border procurement, and direct factory engagement. Through firsthand experience, it became clear that successful modular projects depend less on design alone and more on specification clarity, communication structure, and defined responsibility.

Production monitoring is conducted through direct factory presence and documented inspection milestones rather than outsourced third-party checks.

Great North Modular was structured around this hands-on model: aligning factory production with North American expectations before manufacturing begins.
