How it Works
A structured process designed to balance flexibility, transparency, and risk control.
Projects can proceed through two execution paths depending on the level of involvement and liability required.

Step 1 — Initial Inquiry
Share the basics of your project:
- Intended use
- Site location
- Preferred module type and size
- Estimated timeline
- Budget range (optional)
This allows us to confirm feasibility before moving forward.
Step 2 — Concept Review & Direction
We review:
- Site constraints
- Climate considerations
- Applicable use cases
- Module suitability
At this stage, we help define the most appropriate execution path.
Two Ways to Execute a Project
Clients may choose between Factory-Direct Coordination or Turnkey Delivery.
Both paths follow the same design logic but differ in responsibility, cost structure, and liability.
Option A — Factory-Direct Coordination
A cost-efficient approach for experienced buyers. We act as design and production advisors. The factory is contracted and paid directly by the client. We assist and advise with specifications, drawings, and factory coordination. Quality control support is provided through independent documented inspections. Logistics and customs are arranged by the client or third parties. Our role is to support informed decision-making throughout the project by sharing experience, technical insight, and practical recommendations.
Best suited for: Developers, operators, or buyers familiar with international procurement and who are comfortable assuming contractual and logistical responsibility.
Option B — Turnkey Delivery
A full-service approach with a single point of responsibility. We manage design coordination, factory production, and quality control. Payments are made to us under a defined contract structure. We coordinate logistics, export preparation, and documentation. Delivery scope is clearly defined prior to contract execution. Liability is limited and capped as outlined in the agreement.
Best suited for: Clients seeking simplicity, accountability, and reduced coordination effort.
Step 3 — Design & Specification Alignment
Regardless of execution path:
- Final layouts are confirmed
- Interior configuration is defined
- Climate and performance requirements are reviewed
- Manufacturing drawings are prepared for approval
- No production begins without written sign-off
Step 4 — Contract & Payment Structure
- Clear scope definition
- Milestone-based payment schedule
- No speculative production
- No open-ended obligations
- Custom projects proceed only under executed agreements
Step 5 — Manufacturing & Quality Control
- Production follows approved drawings
- Quality checks are performed at defined milestones
- Documentation is collected during manufacturing
- Deviations are addressed before shipment
Quality control is applied under both execution paths, but its role differs depending on the contractual structure.
Under Factory-Direct Coordination, quality control inspections are advisory. Findings are documented and shared with the client to support informed decision-making. Responsibility for corrective action, acceptance, and shipment remains with the client.
Under Turnkey Delivery, quality control is integrated into the delivery process. Inspection findings trigger corrective actions prior to shipment, coordinated directly with the factory. Responsibility for resolution is managed by us within the defined scope of the project agreement.
Step 6 — Logistics & Delivery
- Packaging and export preparation
- Transport coordination
- Delivery to agreed destination (scope-dependent)
- Handover documentation provided
Installation and local permitting are handled separately unless otherwise agreed.
Step 7 — Project Close-Out
- Final documentation issued
- Warranty terms (if applicable) activated
- The project is marked complete once delivery obligations are met
Custom projects are considered fulfilled upon delivery per contract terms.
A Flexible Framework
This process is intentionally modular. Steps may expand, combine, or adjust depending on:
- Project scale
- Number of units
- Site complexity
- Regulatory environment
The structure remains clear, even as requirements evolve.
